By registering for an event you agree to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
Before you can participate in an event, you must register online and make the payment. Your registration is final when we have received your payment. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Each participant must be single and must register in his/her age category. If you do not meet these conditions Dare To Date can refuse your registration.
We guarantee a minimum of 8 participants per event. If this number is not reached, the event will be canceled and the registration fee will be (partially) refunded.
Once you have registered for an event, no refunds are possible.
If Dare To Date cancels a speed dating event, you may choose to either register for another speed dating event of your choice free of charge or receive a refund. You will be notified in good time.
If you are unable to attend, please let the host know as soon as possible. His/her details can always be found in the confirmation email you received. There is no refund option if you miss a part of the event. However, there is still time to talk to everyone after the individual speed dates.
Dare To Date always does its utmost best to create the perfect environment for singles to meet their match. If you do not have a match after a speed dating event, Dare To Date is not liable for this. If you have any questions or if you think something went wrong you can always contact the staff. They will help you within 24 hours on weekdays.
Your email address and phone number will be shared with mutual matches. If you prefer not to share one or both of these, please send us an email and we'll indicate this.
Dare To Date can never and in no way be held accountable for any form of damage to and/or theft of personal property during one of its events.
Dare To Date is also not liable for accidents, before, during nor after its events.
Dare To Date is not liable for contacts resulting from its events. We insist that our events always run smoothly and pleasantly; if inappropriate behaviour is shown, we ask you to report this as soon as possible to the host so that they can take the necessary precautions and Dare To Date can remove the person in question from its membership file.
Each participant is responsible for communicating his/her details at our events. Dare To Date will never provide complete personal data to third parties, unless the participant gives his/her explicit consent.
Dare To Date has the right to deny anyone access to its events without being held accountable. Among other things, but not only, because of :
If a person is refused admission to an event, they shall not be entitled to any compensation of any kind or to a refund of the registration fee.
