Life is too short not to try new things. Both Lisa and I didn't know what to expect at all, but we were really pleasantly surprised! Okay... things run smoother after a glass of wine, but it was a very nice evening anyway. Good atmosphere, nice people. We’ll have one more drink and then unfortunately we’ll have to go home!
What an evening! It was a very busy night as there were 16 men in total, a bit too many I must say. Nevertheless, it was really cool to get to know so many new people.
I had a very good experience speed dating with you guys. I've dated online in the past but I didn't always feel so comfortable about it. Lots of weird profiles and endless chatting. The dates I went on often didn't resemble their profile picture or were really awkward. I really think it's an enormous added value that you meet people in real life right away. You can feel their vibe and judge their caracter more profoundly. The hostess also gave everyone a good and relaxed feeling, it went much more relaxed than I initially expected. The men I met we're also different than I expected them to be at your typical speed dating night. You get to meet a lot of different people in one night, that also makes it quite interesting and fun. I'm sure I already have one match that I really like. I highly recommend this for every single who dares to date!

We got to know each other during a Dare to Date speed date. We had both been to speed dating events of your organisation a couple of times in the past. Always fun nights out but for both of us there was no one with whom we had a "romantic spark". You cannot force these kind of things right? Funny fact, the night we met, both of us only matched the other one and no one else. We immediately felt there was a spark! Sandra: I don't really like online dating, but on the other hand, I find that "events for singles" are often a bit forced and pretty lame. I have to say that I am really surprised at how smooth the evening went and how much fun I had.
I think it's really great that this concept exists. I'm not a hopeless case, but I find it difficult to just meet someone the old fashioned way. Many of my friends and girlfriends already have a relationship and are married. So when we meet it is often with the same group of friends (and their partners). Also online is really not my thing, way too much hassle and weird profiles. Here you have a great evening and you meet a lot of different men. I think it's really good that you see each other face to face right away. Really great! I recommend this!

After my divorce it was not that easy to get to know new (single) people. It's very nice that concepts like these exist. You know that everyone is single and open to get to know new people, that takes a lot of the pressure off and creates a relaxed athomosphere. I met 12 ladies tonight and with one of them I really felt a spark, I will match her for sure. Funny, but I also met some cool guys here during the after drink, if the spark wasn't mutual with the lady (I will not name yet 😉) I will come back for sure.
